| 摘 要： | 本文用琼脂扩散法研究了重金属对Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ的毒性影响，并将重金属浓度与抑菌圈直径进行相关回归分析，结果表明，重金属对Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ的毒性顺序为Ｈｇ~(２＋)＞Ｃｄ~(２＋)＞ｐｂ~(２＋)＞Ｃｕ~(２＋＞＞Ｚｎ~(２＋)，重金属浓度与抑菌圈的直径呈显著的正相关，各种金属受试物都有剂量－反应关系．

| Abstract: | In this note we study the toxic effects of heavy metals on E. coli with the method of agar spread. Correlative analysis on concentration of heavy metals and diameter of antibacterial ring are presented. The results show that the toxic sequence of heavy metals on E. coli is Hg~(2 ) >Cd~(2 ) >Pb~(2 ) >Cu~(2 ) > Zn~(2 ) and that the concentration of heavy metals and diameter of antibacterial ring is in significant positive correlation. Every heavy metal has dose-reaction relation. |
