| 摘 要： | 裁判工作对办好田径竞赛、促进田径运动的发展和田径运动技术水平的提高，起着重要的作用．只有加强对田径运动竞赛裁判员的心理管理，树立起崇高的裁判动机，才能使其一丝不苟地贯彻裁判原则，秉公执法，积极主动地执行裁判工作，使比赛顺利圆满地进行．

| Abstract: | The roles of referees in organizing the competitions, furthering its development and improving the techniques, are turning out to be apparently significant. Therefore, the organizers of the competitions ought be responsible for assuring the referees' self-awareness of the importance of their roles. Only when the referees in track and field events are psychologically well-prepared, they may establish aloft motivations, observe strictly all the principles, work in high spirit, judge fairly in all the events, conduct their work in a positive and creative attitude so as to ultimately guarantee the sports meet a successful conclusion. |
