| 摘 要： | 本文合成了8种含氰基季铵盐,比较了它们的杀菌活性,讨论了结构与杀菌性能之间的关系以及 p H、温度对杀菌效果的影响。实验结果表明:若干含氰基季铵盐具有较高杀菌活性,在偏碱性及温度较高的条件下具有较好的杀菌效果。

| Abstract: | A series of cyanogroup-containing quaternary ammonium salts,which cab be used as bactericidal agent,have been prepared.The relationship between the structure of the cyanogroup-containing quaternary ammonium salts and their bactericidal activity have been discussed,and the effects of pH and temperature on the bactericidal activity of these cyanogroup- containing quaternary ammonium salts have also been investigated.The experimental results indicated that the bactericidal activity of the cyano- group-containing quaternary ammonium salts can be arranged according to alkyl in order:tetradecyl>dodecyl>cetyl>octodecyl,in weakly basic solution and in solution with slightly high temperature,these cyanogroup- containing quaternary ammonium salts give comparatively good results in bactericidal activity. |
