大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥箱梁底板裂缝成因分析

摘    要:针对某些连续刚构桥在张拉底板预应力筋时和成桥运营时发生的底板崩裂和底板裂缝事故进行分析,得到底板开裂的主要原因是按桥的立面线型布置形成拱形的底板纵向预应力筋产生的径向力所致;且通过力学分析得到不使底板开裂的底板预应力曲线半径、钢束定位成折线产生转角和合龙段的高差的合理范围;并提出了平衡每根底板纵向预应力筋产生的径向力所用箍筋的间距与单肢箍筋截面面积的关系式.

Abstract:Analyzing the accident of bursting and the crack of bottom plate of some continuous rigid bridge during the stretching prestressing tendon and the runningstage,we find the radial force is the key factor for the crack.through the mechnical analysis,the paper give the selecting the range of possible values of prostress curve radius,positioning precision of cable,superelevation of closure segment's construction.a formula is suggest between the ration of stirrup sapcing and sectional area of stirrup.
