摘    要:在深入研究机器状态监测发展与应用的基础上,以螺杆压缩机组为研究对象,分析、总结和归纳该机组的基本结构、工作原理,在此基础上设计该机组状态监测总体方案.建立机组状态监测试验装置,编制了控制处理程序,对压缩机的起动、运行、停车3个过程进行状态监测,通过反复测试和数据回归,初步把握螺杆压缩机中振动指标的变化规律,而且所获得的结果与机组中配套设置的监控系统中所反映的数据基本一致.最后对测试结果和未来趋势进行了分析,成为指导实践进行预知性维修的重要依据,具有工程实际意义.

Abstract:On the base of deep research on the development and application of machine condition monitoring, the helical lobe compressor is investigated, the common failure mechanism and vibration characteristic diagnosis method and main structure and operational principle of the unit are analyzed, summarized. Then the unit condition monitoring is designed. Test equipment of the unit condition monitoring is established and control program is compiled after commission. Vibration are monitored in the start-up, operating, shut-down. The variation regulation of vibration of the compressor is grasped after repeating test and data regression. The results are consistent with data got from monitoring system installed in the equipment, and test results and future trend are analyzed at last. It can be regarded to be an exact foundation to guide practice and prescient maintenance.
