箱庭疗法在学校心理咨询中的应用

摘    要:箱庭疗法因其独特的游戏性质及其对个体发展的适应性,集认知和行为的方法于一体,因而特别适用于学校情境下的心理咨询.在“自由和受保护的空间”里,通过玩沙、水和玩具模型,箱庭疗法为认知和行为方面存在不适应或困难的学生提供了表达情感体验的有效途径,为其提供了一面观照内心世界的镜子,其效果可能比传统面谈式心理咨询更佳.

Abstract:Due to its unique basis in play and developmental appropriateness, sandplay therapy may be a useful adjunct for the mainly cognitive and behavioral techniques most commonly used by school counseling. In the "free and protected space" , through the use of sand, water and symbols, sandplay therapy provides students with the means to give expression to emotionally significant experience, and a mirror to observe inner world. It may meet the specific needs of students with particular cognitive and behavioral difficulties more effectively than traditional talking therapies.
