摘    要:以丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、甲基丙烯酸乙酯(EMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)等单体合成聚合物乳液,将乳液共混后涂膜测试其阻尼性能.考察了聚合物的选择、共聚比、共混比等对材料阻尼性能的影响,发现通过多梯度玻璃化温度聚合物乳液共混可制得性能优良的阻尼材料,其中高温区阻尼响应聚合物用PMMA比用P(St-BA)共聚物好.

Abstract:Latices were synthesized using butyl acrylate(BA), ethyl acrylate(EA), ethyl methacrylate(EMA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and styrene(St) separately. And blends of these latices were prepared and then films were made. The effects of the selection of monomer, ratio of copolymer and ratio of blending on the damping properties of the materials were studied. The results indicate that the blends of multi gradient T g polymer have a good damping property. Furthermore, PMMA is better than P(St BA) as a hard ingredient.
