| 摘 要： | 针对某湿陷性黄土地区的房屋裂缝及地基沉降事故,对其岩土工程条件、湿陷性黄土工程特性进行了分析,提出了在严重湿陷性黄土地区的地基处理措施及建筑物在使用过程中应采取的防治办法。

| Abstract: | In the light of accidents of building cracks and foundation settlements in a certain collapsible loess areas,this paper analyzes the geotechnical engineering conditions of this area and engineering properties of collapsible loess,and puts forward some preventive measures and methods that should be taken in the course of foundation treatment and building＇s occupation in serious collapsible loess areas. |
