区域高技术产业化体系的构建

虽然硅谷的成功得益于许多外部条件，但它的成功却至今未能被超越．这并不是因为硅谷所具备的条件是独一无二的，而是因为它把所具备的条件进行了有机的整合，形成了一个高新技术产业化的体系，这才是硅谷的核心竞争力．高新技术产业化体系一般由创新子系统、产业化子系统和产业化支撑子系统三个子系统构成．只有这三个子系统密切结合高新技术产业化才能够顺利进行．因此，我国要提高高新技术成果的转化率、发展高新技术产业，就应该把高新技术产业化体系的构建作为战略的重点．

Construction of Regional High Technology Industrialization System

Though the success of Silicon Valley benefits from many exterior conditions, it has not been exceeded by other science and technology parks with exactly the same conditions as yet. The success of Silicon Valley, to a great extent, attributes to the high technology industrialization system, which is the core competence of Silicon Valley. The high technology industrialization system is generally composed of innovation system, industrialization system and industrialization supporting system. Only the three systems collaborate closely could the high technology industrialization process be smooth. If we want to develop the high technology industries in our country, we should focus on the construction of the high technology industrialization system.
