| 摘 要： | 通过分析外汇储备,广义货币供应量和人民币汇率之间的关系,并在此基础上建立协整关系和误差修正模型,提出适当调整人民币汇率水平、改革汇率形成机制,有利于经济可持续发展战略、优化资源配置;增强货币政策的独立性,提高金融调控的主动性和有效性;有利于缓解对外贸易失衡、扩大内需。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the relationship among the RMB exchange rate and the foreign exchange reserves, broad money supply , and basing a cointegration error correction model on the relationship, conclusions are made that appropriate adjustments of RMB exchange rate should be made reforming the exchange rate formation mechanism in order to obtain a sustainable economic development strategy, optimizing the allocation of resources, increasing the independence of monetary policy, improving the financial control more active and effective, and helping alleviate the imbalance in foreign trade, expanding domestic demand. |
