| 摘 要： | 利用修正后的贝特兰德模型，分析了房地产企业间的价格博弈与企业联盟的“囚徒”困境。在对模型分析的结果和我国房地产市场的实际情况进行分析的基础上，给出了房地产企业之间的异质性竞争策略，并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | By using the modified Bertrand model, this paper analyzes on the price game among real estate enterprises and the prisoner's dilemma of the enterprise association, and based on the analysis on results of the analysis on this model and the actual situation of our country's real estate market, puts forward some heterogeneous competitive strategies among real estate enterprises and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
