| 摘 要： | 居家养老作为我国现阶段大力推行的养老方式,使得对居家养老型住宅设计的研究成为建筑设计领域面临的必然问题.在分析老年人对居住空间特殊需求的基础上,通过对老年家庭结构下的居住模式的分类和研究,归纳出了居家养老居住模式的特征,提出了适合我国国情的、满足居家养老需求的独居型、同住型、邻居型和分而不离型4种主要的居住模式和套型分类.在此基础上,设计出与之对应的住宅套型图,并进行了分析和说明.
