| 摘 要： | 孝文化不仅具有传承孝德、教化民心、构建和谐社会的功能，而且可以“以文化商”，具有孕育和生长经济产业的功能。将孝文化开发为产业集群需要有科学的战略与规划。目前孝感市在孝文化产业集群开发上还存在着缺乏战略规划等问题，需要实施孝文化产业园带动战略，产业和区域整合战略，品牌提升战略和科技推动战略等四大战略，并充分发挥政府、企业、行业和人才等四个因素的积极作用。 |
