摘    要:本文对六种不同药液浸泡树棒培养密环菌菌材进行了研究,结果表明:0.5ppm三十烷醇加300ppm单宁酸的混合液浸泡树棒,培养蜜环菌,其接菌率高、菌生长势好,明显优于沿用已久的0.25%硝酸接溶液浸泡树棒培养密菌菌材的方法。

Abstract:The result of culturing Arnillaria mellea with wood rod soaked in lipuids of differentchemicals has been reporte in this paper. It is clear that the wooden rods soaked in the midedlipukd of triacontanol with the kensity oof 0. 5ppm and 300ppm of a cidum tannicum. the ef-ficienty of cultuting Armillaria mellea is much higher than that of the wood rods soaked in 0.25% ammonium nitrate, the later has been using for long time.
