| 摘 要： | 基于δ函数模型和脉冲响应模型,讨论了SAW电视中频滤波器(SAW TV—IFF)的设计方法和分析方法,并编制了一个SAW TV—IFF计算机辅助设计分析软件包(SCP2.1).它集设计、分析、数据处理、图形、文件管理、服务程序于一体,不仅能设计出任意幅度和相位的SAW TV—IFF,而且能够分析假电极、元因子、倾斜结构等因素以及诸如衍射、横向端效应等二阶效应的影响。理论与实验结果吻合较好。

| Abstract: | The design and analysis methods of SAW TV-IFF are discussed on the basis of o-function model and impulse-response model. A SAW TV-IFF computer-aided-design and analysis software package (SCP 2. 1), which includes design, analysis, data processing, graphic, file management and service program, is set up. It can not only be used in design SAW filters with arbitrary amplitude and phase, but also in analysing the dummy electrods, element factor, slope IDT structure, diffraction, transverse and effects, and etc. Experimental result agrees with the theory. |
