溴化N-正己基吡啶的制备和热分析

摘    要:实验用溴代正己烷和吡啶合成了溴化N-己烷吡啶中间体,优化了合成的条件并对影响产率的因素进行了研究,晶体有利于合成实验,增加产率、节省反应时间。对溴化N-己基吡啶结构进行红外光谱表征,根据红外谱图中出现的吸收峰和文献对照,表明合成了目标产物。研究了溴化N-己烷吡啶在不同溶剂下的紫外光谱,结果表明溶剂极性和酸碱性均影响物质对紫外光谱的吸收。进行了溴代正己烷吡啶的TG分析和DSC分析,在200℃以内无明显质量变化,溴化N-正己基吡啶具有一定的热稳定性。

Abstract:In this experiment,ionic liquid intermediates of N-hexyl pyridine bromide have been synthesized by N-hexyl pyridine and bromide.The condition of the synthesis has been optimized and the influence factors of the production have been researched.Crystalline solid contributes to the experiment.The chemistry structure of N-hexyl pyridine bromide has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy.According to the comparison between the infrared spectra appeared in absorption peaks and chemical literature,the desired product has been synthetized.The ultraviolet spectrum of N-hexyl pyridine and bromide in different solvents has been studied.The results show that both the polarity solvent and acid and alkaline affect absorption of ultraviolet spectrum of the material.The TG analysis and DSC analysis of N-hexyl pyridine bromide have been conducted.There are no obvious quality changes when the temperature is less than 200 ℃.N-hexyl pyridine bromide has the thermal stability.
