摘    要:分析应急预案可视化的必要性和可行性,并结合水污染应急业务流程和需求提出应急预案可视化方案.通过对应急预案进行结构化表示,结合GIS对各种地理数据和业务属性数据进行综合、分析、管理,以EV-Globe空间服务平台为基础,利用面向对象编程技术、三维建模技术以及三维可视化技术等,实现了应急预案可视化平台,该平台实现了预案的可视化表达以及预案效果推演等功能.

Abstract:The necessity and feasibility of emergency response plan visualization were analyzed.Combined with the process and demands of various water pollution emergency operations,the visualization scheme of emergency response plan was proposed.First of all,representations of emergency response plan were structured.Then various geographic data and property data were synthesized,analyzed and managed.Furthermore,based on EV-globe spatial services platform,the emergency response visualization platform was achieved by using object-oriented technology,three-dimensional modeling and three-dimensional visualization technology,which could accomplish the visualization of plan as well as the plan effect simulation.
