摘    要:在我国课程改革理念指导下,中学教学设计在教学理念、教学方法、教学手段方面的创新和变化,要求教师不断更新教师的教育教学理念,促进教师的教学设计的改进和转变,努力把自己塑造成适应新课程改革发展要求的学习型与研究型相结合的专业化教师.考察中学数学教学设计与教师专业化发展,实现教师专业化和教师素质发展以中学数学教学设计为落脚点,有效地提高教师专业化成长水平具有理论与实践价值.

Abstract:Under the guidance of China' s curriculum reform idea, secondary schools' teaching design has great changes and innovations in teaching philosophy, teaching method, teaching means, requiring teachers to constantly update teaching idea, promote teachers' teaching design and transformation, strive to portray itself to adapt to the new curriculum reform requirement in professional combination of learning and research. Investigation of secondary school mathematics teaching design and professional development of teachers, realizing mathematics teaching design as the foothold in teacher' professional and quality development, improve teachers~professional development level theoretically and practically.
