中专招生困难的原因及对策研究

中专教育在推动工业化和信息化过程中发挥着重要作用，是我国教育体系中不可或缺的有机组成部分，但是近两三年来却出现了急遽萎缩的势头，其原因是多方面的，从外部来说，主要是政策空失当，就业形势严峻，从中专学校自身来说，主要是部分教育内容陈旧，教育方法相对滞后，职教特色不鲜明，当前解决困难的主要对策是科学把握教育发展重心，促进普，职教育协调发展，改善中专学校办学条件，改革中专教育，拓宽中专毕业生就业渠道。

Causes of the Slump in Recruiting Students in Technical Secondary School and Exploration in Ways Out

Technical secondary school education,which is an indispensable organic part of the educational system of our country,has been playing an important role in promoting industrialization and informationization.However,in recent two or three years a sharp shrinking tendency has emerged in it because of different reasons.Externally,it is the factors such as inappropriate control of national policy,unbalanced macro background and grim prospect of employment that have caused the shrinking mainly,whilesome outmoded course contents,lagged behind teaching methods and few established remarkable characteristics of vocational education are the chief internal factors of the technical secondary schools themselves that have contributed to the tendency.We should focus on the key aspect of educational development scientificly,promote the co ordinate development of general education and vocational education,improve the teaching facilities of technical schools,carry out educational reforms and open up wider employment channels for graduates from technical schools,which is the best way to get out of the slump of recruiting students in technical secondary schools at present time.
