浅议馆员的服务态度和行为

摘    要:提高图书馆员心理素质,培养其正确的服务态度,规范服务行为,是建设学习型图书馆的关键.在分析高校图书馆员的态度、行为与建设学习型图书馆的关系后,从认知与判断、行为效果、忍耐力、相容性和工作效率等方面探讨了态度对心理和行为的影响,并指出馆员应采取的正确态度及其重要意义.

Abstract:In the light of the psychological quality of the librarians, this paper points out that cultivating the right service attitude of the librarians and regulating the service behavior of the librarians are the key to construct the learning-type library, and based on analyzing the relations between the attitude and behavior of the librarians and the construction of the learning-type library, probes into the influence of the attitude on the psychology and behavior from aspects of the cognation and determination, behavioral effect, endurance, consistency, and working efficiency, etc., and points out the right attitude the librarian should set up and its important significance.
