| Abstract: | The plight of executing the law for the police represents that the concept of honour and disgrace is out of place in the society of China, the police break away from the mass when executing the law, the police has a slight consciousness of self - equipment and rights maintenance, the image of the police is damaged by the inner law - breaching crime. This paper sets forth that the action of attaching the police should be regulated by the law in China and the action of challenging the police authority should be severely beaten. |
