基于MCS-96单片机系统的双通道高速数字调节器设计

摘    要:介绍一种数字调节器,该数字调节仪采用MCS-96单片机为CPU的STD总线工控机作为主控单元,具有双通道PID调节功能,两套调节器可在线相互热备。数字调节器具有手动与自动无扰切换、预置参数、在线观查参数、实时检测超差、超限、光电隔离、PID参数数字设定、故障报警、数字显示输出值、并具有数字滤波等功能。经过长期实际应用证明,该调节器性能可靠,操作简便,调节快速。并且性价比高,应用领域广泛,具有推广价值。

Abstract:As the key control unit of STD BUS industry control apparatus which adopts the MCS-96 single chip, the numeral actuator possesses adjust functions of two channels PID and can be replaced online. The adjust functions can be separated into manual with switching over automatically, prefabricate parameters, observing parameters online, real-time testing out of tolerance,super limit,optoelectronical isolation, PID parameters digit settlement, trouble alarm, output value of figure shows, and digital strain wave. Approved for a long time, the numeral actuator has its popularizing value and wide applying range with functions of reliability, single operation and fast adjust.
