摘    要:选取徐州地区活化煤矸石-水泥混合体,研究不同龄期的水化产物及水化反应热力学过程、水化反应动力学过程,以探明活化煤矸石对水泥的水化作用.结果表明,在活化煤矸石-水泥体系中,水化3 d时的氢氧化钙含量最多,而后随龄期增加而逐渐减少;除氢氧化钙外,水泥组成矿物和其他水化产物的成分及其随龄期的变化与纯水泥体系类似.煤矸石能够与水泥水化产物发生二次水化反应,并伴随二次放热现象,煤矸石的活性不同则二次放热峰时间、高度、总放热量均不同.激发剂能够提高煤矸石-水泥混合体系的水化速率及水化放热量,并能够促进二次水化反应,进而活化煤矸石-水泥体系.

Abstract:In both of the pure cement system and the mixed system of activated Xuzhou coal-gangue and cement, hydration products at different curing age as well as the hydration heat and the kinetics process of the hydration reactor were studied. The results show that the content of calcium hydroxide was the highest in activated coal-gangue-cement system when the hydration reactor had run for 3 days, after 3 days calcium hydroxide could be gradually reduced with the curing age. Apart from calcium hydroxide, the composites of reactants and the hydration products of activated coal-gangue-cement system was the similar as the pure cement system. The secondary hydration reactor of the coal-gangue and the hydration products of cement might occur with the exothermic phenomenon. The active of coal-gangue varies, the time, the high and the total exothermic quantity of the secondary exothermic peak. The hydrated speed and the exothermic quantity could be enhanced the coal-gangue-cement system by the excitant, and the secondary hydration reactor could be also advanced.
