摘    要:研究了采用紫外吸收法的基于89C51单片机的臭氧浓度在线测量系统,介绍了系统的组成、主要模块的工作原理及程序流程图,采用数字滤波技术去除气路切换造成的测量粗差,提高和确保了系统测量精度与准确性.该系统能够与数控型臭氧发生器电源供电系统通讯,实现臭氧生产的闭环控制.

Abstract:The method of ultraviolet sorbing which is used in the concentration measuring on-line of ozone based on 89C51 is studied. The components of the system,the principles of the main modules and the programming flow chart are also introduced. The digital filter technology is used to eliminate the measuring error which happens in the course of valve-switching. So the measuring precision and veracity are improved and insured. This system can achieve the closed loop control in the ozone production through communicating with the power supply system of digital control type ozone-producing device.
