基于力控的三容液位系统解耦控制研究

摘    要:在三容系统物料平衡的基础上,建立了系统的数学模型,根据三容液位系统的非线性特性,运用解耦原理设计控制器,将三容系统的非线性耦合解耦为三个一阶子系统.通过力控组态软件实现解耦控制,并对整个液位控制系统进行组态,构成控制精度高的三容液位系统.

Abstract:The mathematical model of system is established on the basis of three-tank system material balance.According to nonlinear characteristics of three-tank level system,the controller is designed by using decoupling principle,which can make the nonlinear coupling of three-tank system uncouple into three first-order subsystems.The decoupling controller is realized by forecontrol configuration software.It's the high-precision three-tank level system that can be used to configure the level system.
