| 摘 要： | 简要分析了一些常用的科技文献管理程序(软件)在数据输入、数据库字段的选取以及数据检索和数据显示等方面存在的不足,较为全面地介绍了Excel 2002表格处理软件的各项功能,包括自动生成空表格,字段长度随时可调,字段可随意挪动,尤其是它的数据排序和数据筛选功能可有效地弥补其他数据库管理程序(软件)的各种不足,提高科技文献管理系统的效率。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly analyzes on the shortages of some common sci- tech literature management programs (software) in aspects of data input, selection of database fields, data retrieval, data display, etc., introduces in detail all functions of Excel 2002 form processing software including auto- generation of space list, random adjustment of field length and random movement of field, especially its data sequencing function and data filtering function can effectively cover the shortages of other database management programs (software) and increase the efficiency of sci- tech literature management system. |
