摘    要:针对工作流模型的结构特点,建立了一种扩展的关键路径分析法,增加了对工作流常见结构——可选路径和循环的支持.该法将工作流模型中不同的控制结构转换为相应的树形式,并建立它们的约简规则.通过加权关键路径算法,可以计算工作流完成时间的期望值及记录约简过程中的中间结果,从而确定工作流模型的关键路径.在该路径上包含了在整个流程起关键性作用的活动以及相应的时间分布,为工作流过程优化提供了良好的基础.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of evaluation and optimization of the workflow model, an extended critical path method was proposed to support two extra structures (optional, loop) that traditional critical path methods do not considered. This method converts the workflow control blocks in the form of tree and establishes their corresponding reduction rules. A weighted critical path algorithm was provided to calculate the expectation value of the workflow's duration, record the process of reduction, and identify the time-oriented critical path. As a result, the critical activities and their distribution of time are included in the path, which is a good preparation for the further optimization of workflow.
