装载机线控转向控制算法研究

摘    要:采用神经网络PID控制算法对装载机线控转向系统进行控制,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境支持下,建立了装载机线控转向系统仿真模型,并通过仿真对比了系统在无校正、常规PID控制与神经网络PID控制的性能,仿真结果显示神经网络PID控制响应时间较快,抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:Steer-by-wire system integrates electro-hydraulic proportion control technology,computer technology and automatic control technology etc,tackles the contradiction between higher working efficiency and the more stability at high speed.The characteristic of Steer-by-wire system is nonlinear,undefined.It is difficult to establish its mathematical model.Because the wheel loader has the distinct characteristics under different operating modes,to choose a suitable control algorithm is the key factor of the performances.In MATLAB/SIMULINK environment,the simulation model of steer-by-wire system is established,and the performances of the system with no calibration,conventional PID controller and Neural Networks PID controller are compared,the simulation results show that the Neural Networks PID controller has quick response time,good anti-jamming ability,it can satisfied the requirement of actual steering system.
