| 摘 要： | 人的个性培养主要是个体主体性培养,主体性的发展是人的全面发展的核心。思想政治教育对青年学生个性培养是在思想政治教育过程中,通过提高对青年学生的主体意识、主体创造性和主体实践性的认识,完善教育目标,增强青年学生的社会责任感,达到自我发展的主体性教育。
