高速柴油机油膜-雾化燃烧研究

摘    要:本文根据油膜-雾化燃烧理论.设计了适用于高速柴油机的油膜-雾化燃烧系 统.并在一台缸径/行程=135mm/140mm的单缸机上进行了实验研究。实验结果表 明,系统的燃烧状况良好,在保持指示油耗率和同类机型相当的前题下,爆压和碳烟 指标得到了一定程度的改善,初步实现了柴油机低爆压低烟度的燃烧.放热率的计算 表明,其放热规律曲线有向等压燃烧曲线接近的趋势.

Abstract:On the theory of the film-atomization combustion, a film atomization system used for high speed diesel engine is designed, and a lot of experiments about it have been carried out on a single cylinder engine with bore/stroke=135 mm/140 mm. The results of the experiments indicate that the system is under good combustion and its heat release curve has a tendency to approxmate constant pressure combustion pattern. In addition, low fuel consumption and clear smoke are gotten.
