| 摘 要： | 关于高校朋辈心理咨询的意义和作用，心理健康工作者已经形成了一致的肯定性认识。但对于如何培养一支合格、有效的朋辈心理咨询员队伍，还没有比较成熟的方案。本文尝试以团体心理辅导的模式，利用团体动力学原理设计朋辈心理咨询员的培训方案。
