Talking about the Cultural Construction of the Libraries of Normal Colleges and Universities——Taking the Library of Leshan Teachers College as an Example

Based on expounding the characteristics,significance and connotations of cultural construction of the libraries of normal colleges and universities,and taking the library of Leshan Teachers College as an example,this paper expounds how the libraries of normal colleges and universities to develop library＇s cultural construction from six aspects of the environmental construction,spiritual construction,resources construction,talents construction,system construction and service construction.
