智能传感器技术的研究进展及应用展望

 随着智能时代的到来，各种智能传感器的研究和应用越来越受到人们的重视。智能传感器在传统传感器的基础上还具有丰富的信息处理能力，能够提供更综合的功能。本文介绍了常用的温度、压力、惯性、生化和RFID传感器的研究现状及其在物联网、虚拟现实（VR）、机器人、医疗健康等产业升级和创新应用中的关键作用，并对智能传感器今后的发展趋势进行了展望。

Research progress and application prospect of smart sensor technology

The research and application of varieties of smart sensors attract considerableattention as the smart life is coming. Smart sensors have powerful data processing capabilities beyond traditional sensors,providingmore comprehensive functions. This paper introduced the research status and the leading products of several common smart sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, inertial sensors, bio-sensors and RFID. The key roleof smart sensors in the promising applications has been demonstrated, i.e., internet of things, virtual reality, robots, healthcare. Finally, the future developments of the smart sensors have been discussed.
