| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段研究生培养模式主要采用的是学徒式的教导,这种模式难以满足社会对高水平高素质的综合性人才的需求和研究生自身全面而自由发展的要求。因此,我国的研究生的培养模式应从单一模式走向多种模式的综合运用。为此,需要对研究生的培养目标、研究生培养过程和研究生培养评估等研究生培养模式的构成性要素进行变革。

| Abstract: | The pattern of fostering postgraduates in our country at present stage is mainly apprenticeship-based,which can not meet the social need for high-level comprehensive talents and the requirement for postgraduates＇ comprehensive and free development.Therefore,our pattern of fostering postgraduates should be changed from single pattern to the comprehensive use of multiple patterns.So it is necessary to reform the forming factors of the pattern of fostering postgraduates such as the fostering objective,fostering process and evaluation,etc. |
