新升本科院校教学质量满意度调查研究——以长沙大学为例

摘    要:教学质量是高等教育的生命线,特别是在高等教育大众化的今天,本科教学质量问题更是成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。以长沙大学为例,采用问卷调查法,从学生与教师满意度的视角进行研究,客观分析目前取得的成绩和优点,指出本科专业教学与教学管理中存在的问题与不足,并结合新升本科院校教学质量和建设发展的需要,提出应完善本科教学质量监控体系、抓好学校人才培养方案和本科专业课程体系建设、加强基础设施建设、加强教与学的关联探讨以及提高教学管理人员的专业化程度。

Abstract:The teaching quality is the life of higher education; especially in today when the higher education is popularized, the teach- ing quality of universities has become the hot topic of the whole society. Taking Changsha University as an example, the study objec- tively analyzes current achievements and advantages, and points out problems and disadvantages existing in specialty teaching and teaching management in universities by utilizing questionnaires from the perspective of the satisfaction of students and teachers. Several countermeasures are put forward in allusion to the demands of newly merge universities in the aspects of the teaching quality and development.
