| 摘 要： | 区分所有建筑物之相邻关系作为一类新型的相邻关系,其纠纷已日益显现出多样性和复杂性。而我国尚未有相关法律对此进行规定,这种情形显然滞后于社会的发展,故文章从区分所有建筑物之相邻关系的相关法理出发,提出了一系列解决措施。
