Providing Service to Assist Underdeveloped Areas With Science and Technology Is an Effective Approach to Promote the Combination of Teaching-learning, Scientific Research and Production in Colleges

The combination of teaching-learning, scientific research and production, thus promoting one another, has become a common trend in the development of self-coordination of colleges. The aim of the paper is to cite some instances in illustration of the problem of how to find out, in practice, the joint of their interactions, and therefore explore an effective approach to their active combination.
