| 摘 要： | 非线性失真问题已成为滤波器设计、制造的主要制约因素之一，常用的非线性失真分析方法是用SPICE等数值模拟软件进行分析。本文所提出的适用于集成滤波器失真的分析方法，不仅可以得到相当准确的解析表达式，而且可以为集成滤波器设计的改进提供更多的信息。对于集成滤波器，一般阶数不高或者以二阶滤波器为单元电路，解析法能够充分发挥其优点。

| Abstract: | The problem of the nonlinear distortion now is one of the factors in the design and manufacture of filter. The methods for analyzing nonlinear distortion are simulated with numerical simulator. In the study, an analytical method is proposed to the integrated analog filter, which will not only accurately explain an analytical formula but also provide much more information for improving integrated filter design. As to the integrated filter of a Low-Order or Two-Order as unit circuit, the analytical method will show the virtues. |
