| 摘 要： | 在利用废聚酯制备对苯二甲酸型醇酸树脂过程中,原材料的选择和合成工艺的选择是影响其性能指标的主要因素。实验结果表明采用豆油脂肪酸、废聚酯、松香和季戊四醇为原料,制得对苯二甲酸型醇酸树脂,不仅降低了生产成本,而且简化了工艺,所得涂料具有更好的干燥速度和硬度。

| Abstract: | The terephthalic acid-alkyd resin modified by the waste PET was studied. The effects of property of the terephthalic acid-alkyd resin was studied. The experimental results stated that terephthalic acid-alkyd resin was prepared by soya oil fatty acid-waste PET-resin-pentaerythfitol ester. The polymerization technology had many advantages such as, short reaction time, simple technology, low cost and so on. The modified resin product also had many advantages such as light color, suitable drying time and hardness, excellent mechanical property and electric property and heat resistant property. |
