国有改制企业应强化监事会的监督作用

Enhancing the Supervising Function of the Council of Supervisors in the State- owned Enterprises

One of the goals in reforming the state-owned enterprises is to set up the system of modern enterprises. In the frame of management by corporations of the enterprises, the council of supervisors should enforce their supervising rights effectively, which forms a basis for guaranteeing the healthy and continuous development of the enterprises. There are now many defects in the working system of the council of supervisors and so its function is being weakened. This article begins with analyzing the existing problems in the working system of the council of supervisors, then expounds the ways and approaches to enhancing the supervising function of the council of supervisors in the state-owned Enterprises, and then offers some suggestions for further improvement of the system of the council of supervisors.
