| 摘 要： | 探讨了表面形貌摩擦学功能参数的表征问题，并以发动机缸套表面为对象，以表面支承率曲线为基础，分析了表面形貌的支承性能、储油性能的表示方法并对其进行了定量描述，同时结合混合润滑分析，研究了不同表面表征参数下的微凸体接触载荷和微凸体接触面积。

| Abstract: | Tribological function oriented characterization of surface topography is discussed in the paper. The cylinder liner is taken as example, and the bearing and oil retention capacity is described quantitatively. Combined with the mixed lubrication analysis of piston ring cylinder liner, the effects of surface topography on asperity capacity and real contact areas are discussed. |
