| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是大学生思想政治工作的组织和直接执行，他们对学生思想品德的形成、学生成绩的提高、创新能力的培养以及健康人格的养成等方面具有举足轻重的作用，尤其是高校辅导员的政治素质直接关系到培养合格人才的质量。因此，我们要从战略高度上重视高校辅导员政治素质的培养与提高。

| Abstract: | College instructors are the organizers and direct executives for undergraduates' ideological and political work.They play a decisive role in the forming of students' morality, the improving of academic grade, the cultivating of creativity and the shaping of healthy personality.The political quality of college instructors has a direct bearing on the quality in the cultivation for qualified talents.Therefore, much importance should be attached to the cultivation and the improvement of the political quality of the college instructors on a strategic standpoint. |
