论中越跨境语言

跨境中国和越南分布的语言达20余种，多数由中国扩散入越南，战乱、灾荒、寻求耕地是中越跨境民族迁徙及语言扩散的主要原因。早在100多年前西方人就开始记录越南一侧语言的基本情况，20世纪80年代以来中外学者对中越跨境语言展开了较全面的调查记录。跨境中越两国的语言差异程度高低不同，差异的成因有分化前已形成的，有创新和借用的。中越跨境语言有许多重要课题亟待完成。

On the Languages Distributed across China--Vietnam Border Areas

The languages distributed across China and Vietnam border areas amount to over 20,most of which stretch from China into Vietnam as a result of transnational migration out of wars,famines and research for farmland. As far back as to over 100 years ago,Westerners had begun to document these transnational languages within Vietnam＇s borders. Since the 1980s,some relatively overall investigations and documentations of the languages had been con- ducted by scholars from both China and abroad. The differences among the languages across China--Vietnam border areas vary from one to another,and the factors giving rise to these differences include their differences well before their departure from one another on the one hand,and the effects of innovation or borrowing on the other. Many important projects are of particular urgency for the languages across China--Vietnam border areas.
