摘    要:为了对高精度电液伺服马达的内泄漏做定量研究,文中提出了一种基于有限元的油膜控制方程数值解法.该方法首先利用有限元软件ADINA计算密封件表面的接触应力,然后使用逆解法求解一维雷诺方程得到油膜厚度,进而计算出泄漏量与摩擦力.在计算过程中使用3次多项式拟合入口区压力,解决了逆解法中压力二阶导数函数拐点难以确定的问题;分析了O型圈预压缩率、介质压力、转子半径、马达转速及油温对泄漏量和摩擦力的影响.结果表明,与传统的迭代法相比,该方法具有较高的数值稳定性与效率,适用于不同工况下马达泄漏量和摩擦力的计算,为弹性填充式密封的设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:To study the leakage of high precise hydraulic motor quantificationally a numerical method to solve film control equation based on FEM is proposed. FE software ADINA is utilized to calculate the contact pressure of seals. Subsequently, Inverse Hydrodynamic theory is used to get film thickness by solving Reynolds equation. finally, leakage and friction can be calculated. To overcome the obstacle a cubic polynomial is performed to fit the pressure function at the inlet zone. At last the effect of O-ring compression ratio, pressure, radius of rotor angular velocity and temperature on leakage and friction is analyzed. Compared with iterative method the numerical method is more stable and effective. It can be applied in any working conditions to solve the leakage and friction of hydraulic servo-motor and lay the foundation for the design and analysis of elastomeric seals.
