| 摘 要： | 中国教师在当今这个时代,既不能离开民族的"土壤",也不可能离开国际的"气候",因此,当代中国教师的"中国特色"应包括三大要素:第一是足够的民族自信心和深厚的中华文化底蕴;第二是注重为人师表的风范和讲究人格形象;第三是与时俱进的精神和世界一流的专业化水平。

| Abstract: | As teachers of China can neither neglect the "national soil",nor avoid the "international climate" currently,it seems that they should have special characteristics,which is called "Chinese characteristics".The "Chinese Characteristics" for teachers of China covers three important elements: having sufficient national confidence and deep Chinese cultural details;being a good example and showing a healthy personality;keeping the pace of time and the top level of profession. |
