| 摘 要： | 从散货市场和散货船市场的现状出发，着重分析了散货船运输市场的供需关系，在此基础上，对未来几年散货船运输市场的走势做出了前瞻性的预测．最后针对散货船公司目前普遍存在的问题，提出了优化船队结构、提高船队经济效益和专业化水平等许多具有现实意义的建议．

| Abstract: | The paper began with the status quo of bulk cargo and its shipping market,emphasizing in analysing supply and demand relationship for the tramp shipping market. Based on such analysises, the paper made a preceding forecast for tramp shipping market in the following years. Finally, it integrated all the above mentioned analysises, aiming at the problems that ubiquitously existed in the bulk cargo ship companies nowadays, put forward several practical suggestions that optimized fleet structure, improved economic benefit and specialization of fleet for shipping companies and was convinced of having some referenced values for the development of domestic tramp shipping companies. |
