| 摘 要： | 在我国民法上，留置权是担保物权之一种，本文通过考察国外及台湾地区民事立法有关留置权适用范围的相关规定，指出我国现行民法中留置权的适用范围过于狭窄。并通过对留置权几种情形的具体分析，提出我国物权立法中留置权适用范围的个人建议。

| Abstract: | Lien is one kind of statutory security interests in the civil law of our state. By reviewing provision of application scope of lien in civil legislation of foreign states and Taiwan region, the author argues that application scope of lien in current civil law of our state is too confined. And by analyzing several situations of lien , the author makes personal suggestions on application scope of lien in real right legislation of our state. |
