摘    要:本文提出一种用于V法涂膜造型工艺上的新型高分子材料——VMP-1型树脂.文中对其合成方法、脱模机理和方式进行了研究,对其红外光谱、力学性能和热性能进行了分析.试验表明,该新型树脂材料具有毒性小、抗拉强度较高、成膜速度较快及效果好等特点.

Abstract:A new type resin VMP-1 used in foundry of vacuum-sealed moulding process is piesented. It is a rapid filming material at room temperature and consists of copolymers of both vinyl acetate(VAc) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) including mixed polymers of pyAc and PMMA. Its synthesis and the mechanism of film stripping are studied and its infrared spectrum as well as mechanical and thermal properties are in ve stigated. Experimental results show that the new resin is of less toxicity, high tensile strength, high filming speed and good performance.
