广东连县红土型金矿中的微生物及对重金属元素的浸出作用

摘    要:对广东省连县观头垌红土型金矿中的微生物进行培养、分离和鉴定,获得的主要微生物类型有芽孢杆菌属、肠杆菌属、假单孢杆菌属、乳杆菌属、不动杆菌属、气单孢杆菌属、利斯特氏菌属、土壤杆菌属、棒状杆菌属、莫拉氏菌属等细菌,青霉菌属、交链孢霉属、芽枝霉菌属、酵母菌属和毛霉属等真菌以及化能自养菌(硫杆菌属).浸出实验表明,微生物可以加速Cu、Cd、Zn的浸出,G菌对Cu、Zn的浸出效果明显,而G 菌对Cd的浸出效果较好.

Abstract:Microorganisms in the lateritic profiles of Guantoudong gold deposit in Lianxian,Guangdong were cultured, isolated and identified. The microorganisms include bacteria such as Bacillus, Enterobacter, Pseudomonas, Lactobacillus, Actinetobacter Aeromona, Listeria, Agrobacterium,Corynebacterium,Moraxella,and fungi such as Penicillium, Alternaria, Saccharcomyces, Mucor. The chemautotroph Thiobacillus was also isolated. It was shown in a case of leaching experiment that the microganisms accelerated the leaching of Cu, Cd, Zn, of which the Gram negative bacteria were the most efficient for leaching Cu, Zn but the Gram positive bacteria were better for leaching Cd.
