| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定大白栓菌及人工培养物中3-氢化松苓酸B的含量;方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱YMC-Pack AQ C18,250×4.6 mm,5μm,流动相乙腈-水（95∶5）,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长214 nm;结果：大白栓菌中3-氢化松苓酸B的含量为5.71%,人工培养物中3-氢化松苓酸B的含量为0.53%,3-氢化松苓酸B在20～240 mg.L-1呈良好的线性关系（R=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.2%（RSD=3.0）.结论：采用高效液相色谱法测定大白栓菌中3-氢化松苓酸B的含量简便快速,结果可靠,可用于大白栓菌的质量控制.

| Abstract: | The analytical method by HPLC and determine the content of trametenloic acid B is established.Chromatographic conditions are as follows： chromatographic column YMC-Pack AQ C18,250×4.6 mm,5μm;mobile phase,acetonitrile-water（95∶5/V）;flow rate 1.0mL/min;column temperature 25℃;detected wavelength 203nm.The results are： contents of trametenloic acid B in Trametes lactinea（Berk.）Pat.,and artificial culture are 5.71% and 0.53%.The standard curve showed well linear relationship with the range of 20-240 mg·L-1（R=0.9999）,average recovery rate 99.2%（RSD=3.0）.This method is accurate and sensitive,and suitable for determining the content of trametenloic acid B in Trametes lactinea（Berk.）Pat. |
